Upper long arm plaster cast (lac)

subject: age 22, height 171, 4 weeks cast, checked every week to show cast
resistance, durability, pressure point measurement etc...every visit consisted in a little interview to the subject of the test and it was registered on videos .

DAY 1

The plaster cast covered the full arm from underarm or axil until fingers, 90º angle on elbow and wrist slightly bend downwards, with fingers visible, thick enough but not bulky.

Restricted the arm and wirst movement.

DAY 7

Frist week after, first model tester interview. After arriving at the

hospital she explained how the daily tasks were, how she managed. She had not any special problem, neither confort, problems to sleep, her impressiones were not negative and she answered first week questionary. Then the doctor marked second date on the cast.

DAY 14

Second week after, model tester interview again. Similar interview and

cast showing as usual. The cast had more signatures and looks already
used. More disconford showed in daily life but she is confident and willing to continue one week more. Plaster continues to be in perfect condition, no cracks and harden.

DAY 22

Third week, model tester interview. Same procedure (interview, undress,

plaster cast shown from different angles). Is the final day the cast is dirty,
used and got a shiny texture. The plaster is still in good condition, doesnt present any crack and continues rigid.
Nice talking, she is now used to
the heavy plaster but she wants to take off. There were taken some video overviews of the cast before taking it off, she feel weird after, it has been lot of
time immobilized inside this heavy plaster, but happy.
